Let us answer some basic questions

1.) Who is handling customer service? Our customer service team is based in Austin Texas and is real live people. Some mornings we feel like robots, but after some coffee we are human again.

2.) What are your stickers made of? Although we are all about outer space, we use 6 mil vinyl and eco solvent ink. This last a long time, and won't ruin paint if you stick them on your car. 

3.) How long do the stickers last? There are a lot of variables on this. Sunlight, weather, the bottom of a skateboard... these are effect the lifetime of the sticker. We can say our stickers last longer than most in a normal environment. They were tested thoroughly before we settled on the right printer and ink. 

4.) Do we outsource our stickers? We do not. Our stickers are made right here in Texas by our own amazing staff. Come by for a visit sometime! 

5.) Are you single? Gosh, we get this question A LOT!! Yes, but I know someone who would be very upset if they heard me say that..... 

6.) Are our stickers weatherproof? Yes our stickers hold up to the elements very well. We have put them on snowboards, wakeboards, and vehicles. Every time they do great! 

7.) What file format do you need? PNG, AI, SVG, PDF. EPS .PSD. Make sure the art isn't blurry and is high resolution. High resolution is 300 dpi. 

8.) Can we help you with artwork? Depends, but usually we are happy to help. Again, we are not robots here.
