Order Processing
Because many of our products are custom made, orders typically go through a production process before they ship.
For custom sticker orders, you may receive a proof before production begins. Production will begin after your proof is approved when proofing is required for your order.
Please make sure all order details, shipping information, artwork, and approval responses are accurate and submitted promptly to avoid delays.
Proof Approval and Production
Rogue Stickers offers a proof before we print process for custom orders. Once your design is submitted, an online proof may be sent for review before production begins.
Delays in proof approval may delay production and shipment.
If changes are needed after a proof is sent, additional time may be required to update artwork and issue a revised proof.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been approved and produced, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Shipping times may vary depending on:
- Product type
- Order size
- Artwork readiness
- Proof approval timing
- Shipping destination
- Carrier delays
- Seasonal volume or holiday demand
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.
Free Shipping
Rogue Stickers advertises fast and free shipping on its website.
Free shipping applies only when offered on eligible orders and shipping destinations as shown on the website at the time of purchase. If expedited shipping, specialty handling, oversized packaging, or non-standard shipping services are needed, additional charges may apply.
Shipping Carriers
We may use major postal and parcel carriers to deliver orders, depending on destination, package size, and shipping method selected or available at the time of fulfillment.
We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for your order.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Rogue Stickers is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by:
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers
- Returned packages due to address issues
- Delivery problems caused by the carrier
If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may be required to resend the package.
Delivery Delays
Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. Rogue Stickers is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier service interruptions
- Weather events
- Natural disasters
- Holiday congestion
- Incorrect delivery information
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
If your package appears delayed, please contact the carrier first using the tracking information provided. You may also contact us and we will do our best to help.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
When reaching out, please include:
- Your order number
- Your name
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the package and product, if applicable
Claims for damaged shipments should be submitted promptly after delivery.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen may require a carrier claim or further investigation before any replacement or resolution is offered.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally at this time.
